  In regards to emergency staff - At the beginning I was really impressed with this hospital. Clean, efficient, great with people and fast. Until 2.5 hours later I had no answers and was just told to undress in a gown, and wait in a hallway for 1.5 hours by a 5'9, skinny brown haired nurse wiTh glasses and older Walmart grey and purple runners. Avoid her if you can. She's extremely unprofessional, condescending and enjoys to have higher status and power trip. I asked her why I was being told to undress and where she was taking me. To which all she said was "the doctor" I said okay, and did what she said. Fast forward 46 mins later in the cold in a gown in winter in a hallway. When I asked her what's happening and what's the point of me being here if no one was going to tell me what was happening and what the next steps are. She laughed in my face and told me she doesn't know if there's a point in me being here, and the doctor will see me when me. I said so you pulled me from the waiting room, no explination and you laugh and still can't give me an explanation? This place is only as good as the nurses that work for it, and that's a nurse who needs some skills in customer relations. AVOID EMERGENCY HERE. If I could get her name I would.

  This hospital Sucks! Staff and Dr's are rude and don't listen to patients. Staff wouldn't allow family to take my things home during surgery and staff has lost my belonging. Shoes, jacket, clothing. No one wants to take responsibility. They snicker and laugh at patient's will never accept this hospital for anything. Horrible horrible experance
